  • Note
Mary Dinauer alelerted MGI to the following: There is a nucleotide error or polymorphism at #1018, which shows A; however, in the original nucleotide sequence deposited for the murine Cybb (#U43384), this nucleotide is a C, which is identical with thenucleotide in the human CYBB gene. Regarding the translation, the A results in a threonine and the C results in a proline. This work was published in Blood 87:2005, 1996 "Cloning of murine gp91phox cDNA and functional expression of in human X-linked chronic granulomatous disease cells".
