Notes: A mixture of two Sau3A/EcoRI fragments were used for mapping a 706 bp containing coding + some 5' and 3' flank and a 771 bp containing mostly 3' noncoding + some pBR322. Inbred strains BALB/cByJ, BALB/cAnPt, C57BL/6J, C57BL/6ByJ, DBA/2NPt, and P/J were tested for RFLP's using many endonuclease without success.
