Igh-V immunoglobulin heavy chain variable region
Polymorphisms

Notes: A 1.5 kb fragment was isolated from KB5 and used in Southern analysis. As a result of this probe encoding Igh-J (J4) and its 3' flanking sequence, a 6.6 kb fragment containing the unrearranged Igh-J gene segments is observed in all strains tested.
