Mutation detailsThe tdTomato cDNA with an inserted sequence of the intron between exon 1 and 2 of the mouse Slc32a1 gene containing a floxed stop sequence followed by a rabbit beta-globin polyadenylation (polyA) signal was inserted into the mouse Slc32a1 locus in a BAC clone (#160L22) using homologous recombination in Escherichia coli replacing the ATG codon plus 16 bp of the coding sequence in the Slc32a1 gene. This is a representative record representing five lines (Lines 28, 39, 47, 54, and 58) generated. Line 54 disrupted Gm12442 locus. Cre-mediated excision of the stop sequence results in the tdTomato expression. (J:257167)
