• Mutation details: Bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) library (CHORI) was used to obtain a 240 kb BAC (#RP24-346B1) containing the entire mouse Celf6 gene. This BAC was modified to insert a YFP (yellow fluorescent protein) sequence with a hemmaglutinin (HA)-tag in-frame in exon 11 (C-terminus) followed by an SV40 polyadenylation sequence. Founder line JD2078 has approximately 10 copies of the transgene. (J:265733)
