Notes
  • Reference
Authors identify their locus (Mis6) with Notch1. Authors use Cchna for locus symbol Cchn1a.
  • Experiment
    Notch1 was mapped on mouse Chromosome 2 by analysis of two sets of multilocus genetic crosses: (NFS/N or C58/J x M. m. musculus) x M. m. musculus and (NFS/N x M. spretus) x M. spretus or C58/J. The order was determined to be as follows: Gad2 - Cchb2 - 3.01 +/- 1.3 cM - Cchn1a - 1.1 +/- 0.8 cM - Notch1 - 2.0 +/- 1.0 cM - Abl.
