Notes
  • Reference
Authors mapped D17Tu32. Please note that this locus has been split into D17Tu32A and D17Tu32B.
  • Experiment
Based on allelic distribution among complete and partial t-haplotypes Hba-ps4, Grr1, D17Leh108A, D17Leh108B, D17Tu19, D17Leh171, D17Leh32, D17Leh42A, D17Leh42B, D17Tu49, D17Leh525, D17Tu24 and D17Leh89 were shown to lie within the most distalof the t-complex inversions. The distal breakpoint of the distal inversion is between D17Leh467 (within the inversion) and D17Leh26 (outside the inversion).
