Notes
  • Experiment
Physical mapping of approximately 4,300kb of mouse Chromosome 7 was used to indicate that loci Alf and Hsdr1 map to the proximal boundary of the 300kb Tyrc-14cos albino deletion. The arrangement of clones within this region provided the following gene order: D7Rn2 - hsdr1 - D7Hd8 - D7Cwr18 - D7Hd6 - D7Hd5 - D7Hd4 - D7Hd3 - Pmv31 - D7Hd2 - D7Hd1 - Tyrc - D7Was12. Alf was repoted in this reference but has subsequently been shown to be identical to Hsdr1.
