The authors use D7H15S12 to screen for p.
  • Experiment
Several p deletion mutants were analyzed by Southern hybridization in order to determine the relative order of loci in this region of Chromosome 7. Gabrg3, Gabra5 and Gabrb3 were included within the p4THO-II, p8R250M, p47DTD, p2HATh, p45DTD, p116G, p132G, p30PUb, p23DFiOD, p55PB and p7FR60Lb deletions. The deletion breakpoint for p83FBFo falls between Gabra5 and Gabrb3, the breakpoints for p46DFiOD, p6H, p80K and p4R250H fall between Gabrg3 and Gabra5, and the breakpoints for p25DVT and p12R30Lb fall between D7H15S12 and Gabrg3. The order of loci determined by deletion mapping is: D7H15S12 (p), Gabrg3, Gabra5 and Gabrb3.
