Notes
  • Experiment
    Seventy-five animals from a (C57BL/6J x CAST/Ei)F1 x C57BL/6J backcross were typed for Eln, D5Mit64, a marker proximal to Eln, and D5Mit51, a marker distal to Eln. Recombinant animals were then tested for intervening markers (data not shown). The order of loci on Chromosome 5 is: D5Mit64 - 4.0 cM - D5Mit24, D5Mit26 - 2.7 cM - D5Mnl25 - 9.3 cM - D5Mit95, D5Mit96 - 6.7 cM - Gus, Eln - 4.0 cM - Zp3 - 2.3 cM - D5Mit32 - 2.7 cM - D5Mit99 - 1.3 cM - D5Mit51. Cross data has been submitted to MGD under Accession# MGD-CREX-137.
