Notes
  • Experiment
19 males with spontaneous, bilateral testicular teratomas were tested; 6 males from the intercross (MOLF/Ei x 129-Ter/+)F1 x (MOLF/Ei x 129-Ter/+)F1 (n=314) and 13 from the backcross (MOLF/Ei x 129-Ter/+)F1 x 129-Ter/+)F1. Strong evidence for linkage was found as all homozygous Ter/Ter males were also homozygous 129 allele at the marker D18Mit12. (Haplotype data of the representative 19 mice are depicted in the paper).
