Notes
  • Experiment
By cloning 2 new albino deletions and using Southern analysis to map proximal and distal breakpoints of several other albino deletions, the authors were able to map two genomic markers, D7Cwr11D and D7Cwr2D between the loci Eed and Exed. The proximal markers of the new albino deletion Tyrc-2YPSj are marked by D7Cwr11P and D7Cwr2P.
