H2-M1 Southern analysis pP1.4
Notes
  • Reference
Authors mapped D17Tu32. Please note that this locus has been split into D17Tu32A and D17Tu32B.
  • Experiment
H-2M1 specific probe pP1.4 was used to indicate different hybridization patterns between strains which lack H-2-M region genes (AKR/J, C3H/HeJ, C3H.SW) with congenic strains R4.1 and C3H.CAS3. Both R4.1 and C3H.CAS3 contain M region genes. Thus, H2-M1 andother members of the H2-M1 family reside within the M region on Chromosome 17.
