Notes
  • Experiment
Complementation analysis of several lethal p-locus mutations along with Southern analysis was used to suggest locations for Gabra5 and Cp1 (cleft palate) on mouse Chromosome 7. Gabra5 was suggested to map between p and Gabrb3 with the p83FBFo breakpoint between Gabra5 and Gabrb3. The Cp1 locus was suggested to map distal to p and between the distal breakpoint of p83F8Fo and the Gabrb3 locus, which are proximal and distal to Cp1, respectively.
