Authors use 21OH-A and 21OH-B for Cyp21a1 and Cyp21a2-ps, respectively.
Experiment

Using restriction mapping with probe pC21a and overlapping cosmid clones, a gene order of Slp, Cyp21a1, C4, and Cyp21a2-ps (replaces EG632302) was determined. This places both Cyp21 genes within the S region of the H-2 locus on Chromosome 17.
