    The results of genomic DNA mapping of Xist, DXPas19 and DXPas27 are consistant with maps derived from overlapping YAC clones PA-1 and PA-2.
  • Experiment
    A panel of 95 IFGT somatic cell hybrids carrying the mouse X Chromosome were used to localize DXPas19 and DXPas27 distal to Xist. Hybrid 110 was informative for the three loci. These hybrids can discriminate between loci less then 130kb apart.
