Notes
  • Reference
A Chromosome 15 linkage stock was created by crossing B6-uw Gpt1a bt2J Gdc1b to NZB/BlNJ Gpt1b Gdc1b. An F2 from this cross was mated to CASA/Rk Gpt1b Gdc1d. The marker stock was maintained by inbreeding and selecting homozygous uw bt2J Gdc1d Gpt1b offspring. Mice from this marker stock were crossed to B6-Eh/+ and the F1 mice backcrossed to the marker stock to test for linkage. Linkage was also analyzed from crosses made from mice doubly heterozygous for Eh and In(15)Rk outcrossed to C57BL/6JEi. All parental strains listed here as derived, all allele symbols listed here were as published in the reference and visible phenotypes identified as + for wild type or as expressed with the proper gene symbol.
