Notes
  • Reference
Revised gene symbols: DXHS296 (formerly DXS296).
  • Experiment
    Fmr1 and DXHXS296 were mapped to the Cdr-Dmd interval on the X Chromosome based on haplotype analysis of 8 backcross mice (6.1b, 5.2g, 7.1f, 5.2d, 7.1g, 8.1d, 12.1f, 8.2g) with recombinations between Hprt and Dmd. The mice were a subset from a total of 100 derived from a (3H1 x M. spretus)F1 x 3H1 backcross.
