Notes
  • Experiment
    D16Smh250 represents a 250 bp inter-repeat PCR product on Chromosome 16. Genetic linkage of D16Smh250 with Chromosome 16 markers D16Smh6, D16H21S16, App and Pgk1-ps1 was observed. Forty-one mice from a (C57BL/10 x M. spretus)F1 x C57BL/10 cross and 27 mice from a (C57BL/10 x M. spretus)F1 x M. spretus cross were used. D16Smh250 maps between D16Smh6 and D16H21S16. Data reported subsequently in Irving, Genomics 11:679, 1991.
