Genes
GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Tk1 in situ hybridization overlapping genomic inserts from a Tk-1 cosmid
Notes
  • Experiment
Mouse lymphoma cell line L5178Y TK-3.7.2C produces small colony (slow growth) lines associated with mutant Tk-1 deficiency and chromosomal rearrangements in distal Chromosome 11. Analysis of 50 small colony Tk-1 deficient mutants indicates that the cytogenetic abnormalities of Chromosome 11 associated with loss of Tk activity are in the distal region, B3-E1.
