  Twelve somatic cell hybrids were derived from fusion of Chinese hamster V79 lung fibroblasts cells with BALB/c mouse spleen cells. Hybrid lines positive for Mgf were EBS-1, -5, -10, -11, -13, -15. Hybrid lines negative for Mgf were EBS-2, -3, -4, -17, -18, -51. The presence/absence of Chromosome 10 in the hybrid lines was confirmed using a mouse Igf cDNA probe. Data presented as number of concordant/discordant lines only.
