Svet1, AF079309, ENSMUSG00000053570 (AK035883), AK158997, AK156482, AK163551 are all transcribe from intron 1 of the mouse Chromosome 8 Unc5d gene. The authors extensively charaterized the transcription of Svet1 within Unc5d. Svet1 and the 5 other transcripts were detected in the SVZ (cortical subventricular zone). MGI curator: Further analysis may be required befor identifying the other intronic transcripts as separate genes.
