Genes
GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Cd5 immunological cytotoxic test, Lyt-1.2 monoclonal
Gsl5 other GL-Z1 expression
Ea4 reported elsewhere
Notes
  • Reference
    Revised gene symbol: Cd5 (formerly Ly-1, Lyt-1).
  • Experiment
Using the BXD RI strain typing data for Gsl5 (Sekine, J Biochem 1987; 101:563) and for Ea4 and Cd5 (Hogarth, Immunogenetics 1988; 27:383) the recombination distances for these Chromosome 19 loci were estimated as Cd5 - 8.2cM - Gsl5 - 1.2cM - Ea4 (no typing data presented).
