Notes
  • Experiment
CXB RI lines were informative in mapping Sr1 with loci in mouse Chromosome 14. Further analysis using B6.C-H8 congenic mice indicated that Sr1 was retained within a 5-10 cM region of BALB/c donor DNA from mouse Chromosome 14. This BALB/c congenic region also included H8 and D14Mit121, which therefor confirmed the genetic and RI mapping data.
