Notes
  • Experiment
    Classical glandular kallikrein (GK) genes were ordered in the mouse genome between Klk6 and Klk15. This region includes approximately 290 kb. All genes share the same orientation 3' to 5'. The order is Klk6 - Klk1b15-ps - Ngfa- Ngfg - Klk1b24 - Klk1b16- Klk1b23 - Klk1b22 - Klk1b21 - Klk1b15-ps - Klk1b14-ps - Klk1b27 - Klk1b19-ps - Klk1b18-ps - Klk1b12 - Klk1b11 - Klk1b10-ps - Klk1b9 - Klk1 - Klk1b2-ps - Klk1b8 - Klk1b7-ps - Klk15. The nomenclature for these genes is from MGI. The authors used different symbols, which can be found as synonyms in MGI. An unknown pseudogene mgk28-ps mapped between Klk1b18-ps and Klk1b12.
