An approximate 145kb PAC clone from a mouse 129S6/SvEvTac library was informative to show that markers Hyal2 - Hyal1 - Hyal3 were ordered within 23kb of genomic DNA. Exon 1 of mouse Hyal3 was found 1,212 bp downstream from the 3'-end of Hyal1, which found within the first intron of Nat6. Whereas the second exon of Nat6 was 2,345 bp downstream from the 3'-end of Hyal1, and was contained in intron 1 of Hyal3. Directly downstream from Hyal3 were the genes Ifrd2 and Sema3b. All six genes occupied approximately 40kb.
