Notes
  • Experiment
The Markers listed in this experiment were mapped in a physical contig on mouse Chromosome 15. Mouse Marker mei1 was observed to map in an interval between dj377F16.1 and Cyp2d. Whereby dj377F16.1 is a mouse gene which shows a conserved location with its human ortholog. Thereby suggesting that the human ortholog of mouse mei1 may also map to the region.
