Notes
  • Experiment
Analysis of tumor cell lines derived from a male (C57BL/6J x SPRET/Ei)F1 mouse revealed a locus on mouse Chromosome 4 named Ramt1 associated with loss of heterozygosity (LOH). Ramt1 spans 61.9 cM - 69 cM on mouse Chromosome 4, a region known to harbor tumor susceptibility/resistance genes.
