Notes
  • Experiment
    564 meioses from a (TKDU-+/du X CAST/Ei)F1 X TKDU-+/du backcross provided the following order of loci on mouse Chromosome 9: D9Mit24 - D9Mit148 - D9Mit77 - D9Mit53 - D9Mit14 - D9Mit80 - D9Mit310 - D9Mit51 - D9Mit78 - D9Mit79 - Cacna2d2 - D9Mit278 - MDB1432 - D9Mit116 - D9Mit348 - D9Mit20 - D9Mit81 - D9Mit55 - D9Mit17. The authors indicate that Cacna2d2 resides in a 0.8 cM range between D9Mit78 and MDB1432.
