Notes
  • Experiment
    The authors used overlapping cosmid clones and sequence analysis to map the Kcnk8, Map3k11, Pcnxl3 and Sipa1 genes. Sipa1 had previously been mapped to Chromosome 19 which placed the other genes on Chromosome 19 as well. The localization is an agreement with the mapping of the human orthologs to syntenic Chromosome 11. The Order/orientation/distance of the genes are: 3' - Kcnk7 - 5' - 4.0kb - 3' - Map3k11 - 5' - 5' - Pcnxl3 - 3' - 5' - Sipa1 - 3'. Map3k11 is about 30kb from the Sipa1 gene.
