GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Prg3 overlapping clones, PCR amplified length variant mMBP-2 probe
Prg2 overlapping clones, PCR amplified length variant mMBP-2 probe
Notes
  • Experiment
Authrs obtained a P1 clone with a 75 - 100kb insert bearing the Prg3 gene. PCR analysis identified the presence of both the Prg2 and Prg3 genes on this clone. Identity of the PCR products was confirmed by sequencing. Prg2 and Prg3 were placed within ~100kb of one another on Chromosome 2.
