Notes
  • Experiment
The authors have confirmed that maternal transmissioon ratio distortion (TRD) maps to the Om locus at D11Mit66 on mouse Chromosome 11 . Moreover, 1500 genotypes of offspring from crosses that included the DDK strain resulted in the ordering of markers within the Om region as follows, the number between the markers represents the percent recombination fraction: D11Mit247 - 1.01 - D11Mit33 - 1.07 - Om(D11Mit66) - 0.76 - D11Mit36.
