Genes
GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Pea15a direct sequencing PEA-15 cDNA1, PEA-15 cDNA2
Notes
  • Experiment
Direct sequencing of cDNA clones were informative to show that Mat1 sequences are represented in the 3' UTR of Pea15. The authors indicated that the occurrence of a chimeric clone was highly unlikely.
