Notes
  • Experiment
    In order to refine the Dom critical region on mouse Chromosome 15 528 mice from a previously identified cross (J:29847, Puliti A; et al. A high-resolution genetic map of mouse Chromsome 15 encompassing the Dominant megacolon (Sox10Dom) locus. Mamm Genome 1995 Nov; 6(11):763-768) indicated that Sox10Dom was flanked by markers Il3rb1 and Pdgfb. The EUCIB mapping panel served as the framework to establish the genetic order of loci the Sox10Dom region as follows: D15Mit68 - Mb - 0.33 cM - Il3rb1 - Il3rb2 - Sstr3 - Il2rb - 0.53 cM - D15Mit1 - 0.13 cM - D15Mit119 - Lgals1 - H1f0 - 0.22 cM - D15Mit71 - Sox10Dom - 0.33 cM - Pdgfb - 0.11 cM - D15Mit2.
