GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Psme1 overlapping clones 236C3, [l]A6-1, [l]B6-2
Psme2 overlapping clones 236C3, [l]A6-1, [l]B6-2
Notes
  • Experiment
Authors used a variety of physical mapping techniques to determine the distance and orientation of the Psme1 and Psme2 genes. The Psme1 and Psme2 genes are located ~6.0kb apart and with their 3' ends pointing towards each other on mouse Chromosome 14.
