Tg(Cd4-cre)1Cwi/0 Plcg1^tm1Rwen/Plcg1^tm1Gcrp (Cre/PLCgamma1^fl/-) mice develop inflammatory/autoimmune disease. (A) Mutant mice were smaller than littermate control mice.
