Similar to Tg(BEST1-HTRA1)#Ybf/0 PCV+ mice, Htra1tm1Ybf/Htra1tm1Ybf Tg(BEST1-HTRA1)#Ybf/0 mice exhibited hyperfluorescent lesions on ICGA (red arrowheads) and orange-yellow lesions on Fundus photograph (green circles).
