Caption The reduced body size of the Relbshep/Relbshep (right) mice can be first detected between 10 and 14 days of age and they are approximately 65% smaller by weight compared to control littermates (left) by 20 days of age. Further characterization revealed that these mutants develop spontaneous hepatitis.
