Caption Generation of the Hnrnputm1.1Tman allele. (A) Diagram of the gene targeting strategy. A triple loxP targeting construct was engineered for homologous recombination in ES cells. Correctly targeted ES cells were transfected with a Cre-recombinase-expressing plasmid to selectively remove the Neo cassette. Domains of Hnrnpu encoded by different exons are also diagrammed.
