| Caption | Generation of the floxed Ubr4tm1.2Nkt allele. An FRT-flanked neomycin resistance cassette with a 5' loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 1. An additional loxP site was inserted downstream of exon 1. Flp-mediated recombination removed the neomycin resistance cassette and left exon 1 floxed. Cre-recombinase can be utilized to generate a conditional knock-out allele. | ||||
