Kpn1 and NsiI denote restriction sites. Green, location of hybridization of Southern blot probe; purple, PCR amplicon to verify presence of 5' loxP site (expected amplicon size is 337 bp in floxed allele and 317 bp in wild-type allele). | ||||||
