Caption (A) Schematic of controlled gene expression in Gt(ROSA)26Sortm1(tTA,tetO-Mir155)Fjsl (mir-155LSLtTA) mice. Mir155 expression is prevented until exposure to Cre recombinase, which excises a stop cassette allowing transcription to proceed. Transcription can subsequently be suppressed by exposure to doxycycline.
