Phenotype Image Detail
Image
Caption Despite the delays observed throughout the development of Urm1em1(IMPC)J/Urm1em1(IMPC)J (Urm1-/-) embryos, some mutants recovered at E10.5 can exhibit surprisingly normal histological morphology. This mutant embryo has abnormal blood deposits as observed in whole mount as well as an abnormal forebrain and slight neural tube kink. This mutant is paired with a phenotypically normal heterozygous littermate that is only slightly older but also delayed compared with the remainder of the 10.5 litter.
