The 4-panel highlights the formation of all germ layers in E9.5 Zmym2^em1(IMPC)J/Zmym2^em1(IMPC)J (Zmym2-/-) embryos. Many E9.5 Zmym2-/- embryos remain incompletely turned although the gut tube has closed and the liver bud has initiated formation.
