Although delayed, all Got2^em1(IMPC)Mbp/Got2^em1(IMPC)Mbp embryos display appropriate germ layer patterning. In this mutant embryo the heart is enlarged and displays inappropriate looping. Despite not completing the turning sequence, the posterior gut tube has closed and the liver bud has formed.
