At E8.5 all of the Got2^em1(IMPC)Mbp/Got2^em1(IMPC)Mbp (-/-) embryos display evidence of formation of all 3 germ layers (n=3). This embryo has appropriately patterned floorplate, the foregut is closing and the heart is apparent.
