Arrows in B point to staining of coronal sutures of wild type calvaria. (C and D) Arrowheads indicate staining in the zygomatic arch; double arrowheads indicate the intervening joints. (I-M) Sternums from E18 mice. Arrows in J,L indicate two hemi sternebrae in hemizygotes.
