The outlined cell in A-A" is positive for both Brn3b and Irx6: bgal. The arrow in B,B' indicates a cell that is positive for Irx6:bgal, but not for calsenilin; the arrowhead indicates a calsenilin-positive cell that is negative for Irx6:bgal.
