Caption (A) Double immunofluorescent and in situ hybridization analysis in E18.5 testes. White dotted lines outline the seminiferous cords. (B) Immunofluorescent detection of gonocyte relocation in the perinatal testes. Filled arrowheads indicate PLZF immunopositive relocated gonocytes. Open arrowheads indicate PLZF immunonegative relocated gonocytes. Germ cells were distinguished by ECAD staining. Basal membrane was distinguished by Laminin staining. Scale bar = 30 um.
