Caption Immunolocalization of rhodopsin was performed on eye sections from P14 mice. Rhodopsin, which normally resides in the outer rod segment (OS), as seen in wild-type (WT), was found to be mislocalized to the outer nuclear layer in Mfsd2atm1Dls/Mfsd2atm1Dls (KO) retina.
