Immunolocalization of rhodopsin was performed on eye sections from P14 mice. Rhodopsin, which normally resides in the outer rod segment (OS), as seen in wild-type (WT), was found to be mislocalized to the outer nuclear layer in Mfsd2a^tm1Dls/Mfsd2a^tm1Dls (KO) retina. Scale bar, 20 um. WT, n = 5; KO, n = 5.
